Beth Mullen, CPA, Co-Office Managing Principal Sacramento
Beth Mullen has more than 20 years of experience providing consulting, tax, and accounting services to real estate owners and developers. She serves as the co-Managing Principal of the Reznick Group’s Sacramento office. Beth also serves as a principal in the Tax, Real Estate and Renewable Energy Consulting Groups.
A significant portion of Beth’s time is devoted to structuring syndicated partnerships which own property eligible for low-income, historic rehabilitation housing, energy and new markets tax credits.
Beth teaches internal and external courses on these tax credits and has published articles in affordable housing and non-profit trade magazines. Her extensive knowledge of partnership tax law has been invaluable in resolving allocation, at-risk, exit tax, residual value and other common partnership problems.
